The graffiti says: "Jam" in big black letters with a blue outline. over this graffiti is another graffiti that says " Don't be a Dick". this graffiti appears in two different spots, but they are relatively close to each other. They were formerly located on the cylinder object next to the chemistry-physics building and on the wall/guardrail thing next to the building. In the next few paragraphs, I'm going to discuss the rhetorical situation triangle:author, topic, audience, and context.
Author: The street artist is currently unknown. I'm speculating that the artist is an UK student or someone who knows where this building was. The reason why i think this that one day it wasn't there, than the next, it was there.
Audience: the speculated audience is everyone who will pass the "art" and noticed it. this was proven true when someone saw it and decided to put up the response of "Don't be a Dick" over the "Jam" graffiti. i, personally noticed it everyday that i pass the building.
Topic: i have no idea what was the message of this "art", but i presume that the artist wanted to be "funny" and tag those locations. the message of the "Don't be a Dick" is pretty self-explanatory
Context:The context of this graffiti is that it is just there to be there. The context of this graffiti won't change at all if the graffiti was moved to any location in the world.
